Prime Berry Agritech Private Limited is a dedicated agribusiness company established for the development and operation of a 6,000-acre integrated blueberry farming project in India — the country's most ambitious polyhouse blueberry cultivation platform.
The company proposes to develop 5,000 acres of blueberry cultivation under protected polyhouse farming, divided into 50 clusters of 100 acres each with 89 polyhouse units per cluster. With a high-density planting model of 3,000 plants per acre, the project will cultivate 1.50 crore blueberry plants at full capacity.
Backed by a total investment of ₹4,200 Crore (USD 440.90 Million) in project development, plus ₹1,200 Crore in land value contributed by the company, Prime Berry Agritech operates under a transparent 51:49 equity structure — ensuring professional management while providing investors with meaningful economic participation in a 20-year blueberry agribusiness platform.
