Do I receive land ownership?
No. The acre-equivalent model is used only for investment calculation and profit-sharing reference. Investors receive proportionate equity participation and profit-sharing rights. No land title, sale deed, patta, or physical possession of land is transferred. The project land remains under company ownership.
How are returns generated?
Returns are generated from two integrated profit sources: (1) Sale of fresh blueberries from 5,000 acres of polyhouse cultivation โ€” projected 20-year revenue of โ‚น1,42,535 Crore, and (2) Nursery business profit from the 100-acre high-tech nursery โ€” projected 20-year net profit of โ‚น13,500 Crore. Total projected net profit: โ‚น1,43,543 Crore.
Is agricultural income tax-exempt?
Yes. Revenue from blueberry cultivation qualifies as agricultural income, which is exempt under Section 10(1) of the Indian Income Tax Act. Nursery income from saplings/seedlings is also treated as agricultural income. This creates a highly tax-efficient investment structure with strong post-tax return potential.
What is the project implementation timeline?
The project is planned for one-go execution within 18 months through 25 shortlisted execution companies, each handling approximately 200 acres. Commercial blueberry production is expected to begin from Year 2. The total project period is 20 years.
Can I visit the farm before investing?
Absolutely. We strongly encourage farm visits before investment. We arrange fully guided tours of our polyhouse project in Andhra Pradesh โ€” covering the cultivation area, irrigation infrastructure, nursery, cold chain, and technology systems. Farm visits are complimentary and arranged through our investor relations team.
What legal documentation is provided?
Investor rights are formalised through: Term Sheet, Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Board Resolution, Investor Register, Profit Distribution Policy, and Share Transfer Documents. Final participation is confirmed only after due diligence, legal document execution, fund receipt, and board approval.
